Job Title: Senior Cabinet Control Executive - Laos

Scope: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Laos

The Ice Cream business is operating in a highly attractive category, as we are part of the 1 trillion snacking and refreshment industry, growing consistently at high pace.

We are investing to unlock the full growth potential of Ice Cream as a standalone entity, once we separate from Unilever, which is planned to happen by November 2025.

JOB PURPOSE

To ensure efficient management of ice cream cabinet operations through accurate asset tracking, system control, and cross-functional coordination.

This role supports business growth by maintaining cabinet productivity, overseeing deployment and maintenance, and optimizing operational costs in alignment with asset management policies.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Lead the implementation of the annual physical count of ice cream cabinets.

+ Review fixed asset conditions, identify missing items, and prepare written-off proposals.

+ Reconcile cabinet listings between Sales Team, SAP Fixed Asset system, and CCS database.

+ Manage end-to-end processes for purchasing and transporting ice cream cabinets.

+ Maintain and control the CCS (Cabinet Control System) and provide training to distributor admin teams.

+ Track cabinet productivity and generate NPC and UPC reports for the Customer Development team.

+ Coordinate with third-party vendors for quarterly or biannual cabinet maintenance at outlets.

+ Design and implement a system for cabinet confirmation in trade, in collaboration with Customer Development.

+ Ensure proper deployment of ice cream cabinets at outlets with safeguarded contracts.

+ Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs with appropriate offers.

+ Collaborate with Finance partners to manage cabinet operation budgets and third-party payables.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

+ Minimum 2 years of experience in fixed asset management or supply chain operations.

+ Strong understanding of asset management policies and practices.

+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

+ Good command of English, both written and spoken.

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

+ A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.

+ Comfortable working with IT systems and digital tools.
